Delete Account Policy

At Efficient Hospitality SAAS – FZCO, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your account and associated data from Pypask (the “Service”).

## 1. HOW TO REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION

You can request the deletion of your account in the following ways:

### Option 1: In-App Request (if available)
– Navigate to your profile or settings
– Select “Delete Account”
– Follow the confirmation steps

### Option 2: Email Request
– Send an email to: contact@pypask.com
– Include:
– Your registered email address
– Your name (if applicable)
– The request to delete your account

### Option 3: Web Request
– Visit: pypask.com/delete-account

## 2. WHAT DATA WILL BE DELETED

When your account is deleted, we will remove:

– Your personal information (name, email, etc.)
– Your account credentials
– Your profile data
– Messages, tasks, and content created by you
– Uploaded files and photos

## 3. DATA THAT MAY BE RETAINED

In some cases, we may retain limited data if required for:

– Legal obligations
– Security and fraud prevention
– Resolving disputes

Any retained data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

## 4. ORGANIZATIONAL DATA

If your account is part of an organization:

– Some data (e.g., tasks, messages) may remain visible to the organization
– This is necessary to preserve business records and team workflows

## 5. PROCESSING TIME

– Account deletion requests are processed within 1–5 days
– In most cases, deletion is completed within **7–30 days**

## 6. CONSEQUENCES OF DELETION

Once your account is deleted:

– You will lose access to the Service
– Your data cannot be recovered
– You will need to create a new account if you wish to use the Service again
